How much does Clariti cost?
That depends on the size of your organisation, its coverage and, of course,
the level of reporting you want to deliver to your customers. Because Clariti
can effectively help to gain and retain customers, most clients find that the
low investment cost is recouped in a relatively short time.

Does re-branding include changing the name?
Yes. Clariti can be given any name you want and then on-sold to your customers, or offered as a valued-added service.

Does software need to be installed on my customers’ computers?
No. Clariti software is web-based, built on enterprise database and
application server components optimised for integration. This internet
software facilitates data capture as well as the compilation and delivery
of reports.

Is there any limit to the number of users who can access the
Clariti reports?

Not at all. Your customers can authorise any number of individuals
within their organisations. And different reports can be delivered to each
of the authorised users to satisfy their individual requirements.

How quick is it to extend this reporting to other customers?
Once your Clariti reporting tool is up and running, it is easy to add new customers. In most cases, new or additional customers could start
receiving their customised Clariti reports within the current energy
billing period.
